Please find all our current openings on our Job Listing Page. After you express interest in a specific job, we may call you, or we will email you 1) additional information about the company and the opportunities, and 2) instructions on next steps for immediate consideration.

Yes, absolutely. You may visit our office anytime to request and complete a paper application. Time permitting, we may be able to give you immediate feedback and sometimes scheduled next steps. When you visit in person, please be sure to bring a copy of your resume and photo identification.

After submitting your application online, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. If you haven’t received this email within a day or two of applying, please check your Spam or Junk folder in your email program.

Absolutely! We encourage you to apply for multiple jobs if they match your skills, experience, and interests. Because our pre-screening questions and skills are specific to each position, we ask you to submit a new application for each job you are interested in. This ensures the right information gets to the right Hiring Manager as quickly as possible.

Yes. If you want to be considered for multiple positions, please let us know that you want to be considered for multiple positions by applying and submitting your resume for each unique job posting. Also, we will confirm with you in the pre-screening process that you want to be considered for any opportunity for which you are eligible.

Provided you meet the necessary requirements for the position, your resume or application will be forwarded to the designated Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will then determine who he or she will contact for a phone or in-person interview.

If you are not immediately selected for interview, it could mean that the position is closed or in the process of being filled. In this case, we will keep your information and let you know when another similar position becomes available.

If you are disqualified for any reason, we will thank you by following up with you one more time and send you some information that will help you on your job search. It’s the least we can do to thank you and to let you know that we care about you and God loves you!

While we appreciate your desire to make personal contact with a Hiring Manager, we are unable to provide this access to candidates. If the Hiring Manager chooses to interview you, either by phone or in person, we will contact you directly.

The minimum qualifications for each position are outlined in the online job posting. These are the skills, knowledge, and capabilities we consider to be minimum requirements for the job. Please review these criteria before you apply to ensure the position would be a mutual fit. All Mister Sweeper positions also have the following eligibility requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Understand and support our faith-based culture
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English or Spanish for some positions
• Must have basic computer use knowledge and skills
• Must have access to a valid email address
• Must be in good physical health with the ability to handle light repetitive lifting
• Able to pass a background check

Specific jobs for commercial drivers also require:

• Must have Class C, B or A Driver’s license, depending on the position
• Must be 21 years of age at date of hire
• High school education and/or minimum 5 years driving experience
• Must successfully pass MVR check and maintain a clean driving record
• Must be insurable
• Must pass physical exam, Drug Test, Background Check, Pre-Employment Test (if applicable) and pass security screening as required
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
• Must have basic math skills
• Must pass driving skills assessment (field test with vehicle)
• Must adhere to all City, State, and Company safety requirements
• Must demonstrate good customer service/relations skills (professional but friendly)
• Must have good telephone skills and ability to communicate via cellular telephone
• Must be in good physical health with the ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
• Prior experience preferred but not required
